1. Services
SAL Digital provides web development, local SEO, AI automation, and digital marketing consulting services. All services are subject to a separate service agreement.
2. Pricing & Payment
Prices are as quoted on our website or in proposals. One-time projects require 50% deposit upfront. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
3. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables created specifically for them. We retain rights to our methodologies, tools, and pre-existing materials.
4. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or revenue results.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
